The Account Coordinator - FTC reports directly to the Sales Manager on a ‘day-to-day’ basis. The role sits within the Sales, Shipping and Marketing team within our business and will function as part of an efficient and productive team to provide outstanding customer service to the customer base whilst driving sales for the business.

Due to the nature of the business, the Account Coordinator - FTC should be aware that this position is based on our SITE in Bridgnorth and will require the successful applicant to attend site on a daily basis. Depending on the business, requirements (e.g., breakdowns, outage periods, etc.) additional hours or working approved overtime may be required to fulfil the duties of the role.
