The Area Process Engineer will develop in the company as an expert in the manufacturing process of the area. They will manage the consistency and control of the process and will work with colleagues in the improvement of the process. They will assist in the achievement of key KPIs, maintain and develop safe and stable manufacturing processes and work with all available resources in a continually improving environment.
Condition Monitoring Engineer
Reporting into the Engineering Manager and working within the Maintenance Department, the Condition Monitoring Engineer will provide engineering support that ensures asset reliability through the application of condition monitoring practices across site. They will work to design and implement a Condition Based Monitoring (CMB) plan, utilising relevant technology and providing guidance/training to staff where applicable.
Product Quality Engineer
The Product/QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the required product quality, consistency and technology is achieved and developed for the assigned manufacturing area. They will assist in the achievement of key KPIs, and work with all available resources in a positive, inclusive and continually improving environment, embedding the quality management system into the production processes.
The Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, executing and leading of project activities for manufacturing projects, equipment specifications, supplier selections, equipment commissioning and validation. Working a Flexi-time day pattern they will sit within the Engineering department reporting into the Engineering Manager.
The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance on specific equipment and installing new equipment, when necessary.
