Department/Area Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
We are recruiting for a Department/Area Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, to work within our Aluminium Manufacturing Facility. The Department/Area Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will work to ensure uninterrupted operation of the assets by reducing unplanned downtime, equipment failures and breakdowns while ensuring all assets are maintained adequately to operate within their designed capabilities. Working a Monday to Friday day shift pattern they will report into the Mechanical Maintenance Manager and have line manager responsibility for the Reliability Engineers and ‘on shift’ maintenance fitters.
Fire Safety Advisor
The role of Fire Safety Advisor is to ensure the company meets the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, British Standards and Fire related Health and Safety Legislation. The role of the Fire Safety Advisor is to develop and implement a Fire Safety strategy in addition to supporting the end users of the onsite fire systems and equipment.
The role of Reliability Engineer sits within the Mechanical Maintenance Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure uninterrupted operation of the assets operating in the Strip Mill area by reducing unplanned downtime, equipment failures and breakdowns while ensuring all assets are maintained adequately to operate within their designed capabilities.
Operator - Casthouse Area - Rotating Shift (Days and Nights)
To work as a member of a shift to recycle scrap processed material and remelt virgin ingot into aluminium rolling slabs. The slab produced must meet the required specification and level of quality using the plant and equipment within the department as instructed.
Operator - Cold Rolling Area - Rotating Shift (Days and Nights)
The Cold Rolling / TSM Operator reports directly to the Section Leader on a ‘day-to-day’ shift basis. The role sits within the Operations team of TSM Area/Department and will function as part of an efficient and productive team to operate the machinery and plant in the TSM department. The role sits within the Operations Department
Mechanical Maintenance Technician - Day Shift
The Mechanical Technician reports directly into the Mechanical Maintenance Manager but sits within one of the four Operations departments taking direction from the Area Mechanical Reliability Engineer. Working within the mechanical team to maintain all plant machinery including both proactive planned maintenance and breakdown repair.
Reliability Technician - Day Shift
The role of Reliability Technician sits within the Mechanical Maintenance Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure uninterrupted operation of the assets operating in the Finishing Area by reducing unplanned downtime, equipment failures and breakdowns while ensuring all assets are maintained adequately to operate within their designed capabilities. The Reliability Technician will lead the day crew in the designated area to carry out planned maintenance work and also when required, work in other areas on site on planned maintenance days as per the maintenance planner. The role reports on a day to day basis to the Area Reliability Engineer.

HR Assistant – FTC 6 Months
We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will be an integral part of the HR department; you will support the team on all HR related administration from providing advice/ guidance to managers and dealing with HR related queries.
As a Technical Apprentice, you will be working closely with other members of the Technical department as they support the technical requirements of the business. You will assist with all aspects of administration and customer support activities in the Technical Department. The Technical Apprentice reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Condition Monitoring Engineer
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager and working within the Maintenance Department, the Condition Monitoring Engineer will provide engineering support that ensures asset reliability through the application of condition monitoring practices across site. They will work to design and implement a Condition Based Monitoring (CMB) plan, utilising relevant technology and providing guidance/training to staff where applicable.
