Reliability Engineer - Day Shift
The role of Reliability Technician sits within the Mechanical Maintenance Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure uninterrupted operation of the assets operating in the Finishing Area by reducing unplanned downtime, equipment failures and breakdowns while ensuring all assets are maintained adequately to operate within their designed capabilities. The Reliability Technician will lead the day crew in the designated area to carry out planned maintenance work and also when required, work in other areas on site on planned maintenance days as per the maintenance planner. The role reports on a day to day basis to the Area Reliability Engineer.
Mechanical Maintenance Technician
The Mechanical Technician reports directly into the Mechanical Maintenance Manager but sits within one of the four Operations departments taking direction from the Area Mechanical Reliability Engineer. Working within the mechanical team to maintain all plant machinery including both proactive planned maintenance and breakdown repair.
Health & Safety/Fire Specialist
The role of the Health & Safety/Fire Specialist is to assist the Health & Safety Manager and the company with the development and implementation of the site wide health and safety/fire advice. The job holder will be responsible for the provision of Health, Safety and Fire advice, support, monitoring and reporting.
Maintenance Shift Supervisor
The Maintenance Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the Unscheduled Maintenance Team, allocating appropriate skills and resources to deal with unscheduled work based on site priorities and criticalities. It is a site-wide role - shift based working 12hr shifts – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off Salary range of £44,000 to £48,000 per annum plus shift allowance
Operator
· It is the Operators responsibility to ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the production machinery and plant. Through the team members, ensuring that the standards set are maintained and improved on within the area of given responsibility.
Assistant Cost Accountant
The role of the Assistant Cost Accountant is to provide support to the Costing Department, preparing and reporting production costs, collecting and analyzing data about company’s operational costs and assisting in the preparation of the company budgets. The Assistant Cost Accountant reports directly to the Costing Manager.

Mobile Fleet Reliability Technician
Reporting to the Mobile Fleet Reliability Coordinator in the Mobile Fleet Maintenance Team, this role aims to ensure that the mobile fleet vehicles are repaired, serviced, and maintained as per the manufacturer’s service and repair standards. Additionally, the Technician will ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained adequately and remain in good, safe operational condition.

Reporting to the Thermo-Mechanical Processing Manager within the Technology & Manufacturing Excellence Department, the focus of the Cold Rolling Process Engineer is to monitor, control, and optimize manufacturing processes, so as to ensure customer requirements are met.

Working as part of the Departments Reliability Team, the Reliability Team Leader has the responsibility and accountability for making technical decisions that impact all production within the Department. Daily liaising with production and all key parties; providing leadership to their team in relation to all reliability improvements and resources.
Area Electrical Control Engineer
Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager the Area Electrical Control Engineer is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the assets of the Department by reducing downtime, equipment failures and breakdowns whilst ensuring all assets are maintained adequately to operate within their designed capabilities.
Shift Control Technician
Reporting to the Leading Control Technician, the Shift Control Technician will detect and solve electrical faults on various electrical equipment on site. To assist in the Electrical Engineering function within the division in the provision of a safe, reliable Electrical distribution system and to ensure maximisation of plant availability though provision of effective planned and remedial maintenance.
Reliability Manager
To provide leadership and direction to the Department Engineers about Best Reliability and Asset Management practices. Reporting to the Senior Technical Services Manager with direct reports of Area Engineers, Condition Monitoring Engineer, Maintenance Planners and Site Services Manager.
